Let down issues....

Hi - I'm posting for a friend   She EBF but is on some medication right now where she can't nurse.  She's been pumping and dumping to keep up her supply but has really been stressing out about this.  Now when she pumps, she's having problems with the let down - like it's just not happening for her so it never gets going.

I never had let down issues so the only advice I gave her was to try to relax because the stress won't help and to try adjusting her pump settings.

Anyone have any tips or suggestions to help her get it going??

If she needs to relax, how about using a manual pump in the bath?   I pump in the shower when I'm really engorged and it works like a charm.
