Too early?

Is it too early for Isabella to be under the bottom of my ribs?  I had an awful pain the other day that wouldn't go away no matter what position I got into and then had it again this morning.  But it seems to early for her to be getting all up in that high. 

Can any of you internet strangers diagnose my pain?  Anyone?

K was in my ribcage from about 23 weeks on.  Of course, he was a beast too...

Yes, but it is possible my LO will also turn out to be a beast.  I look way further along than 24 weeks (not that that really means anything for her size).  Everyone's favorite question for me used to be "Are you sure your not having twins?"  Now they have stepped it up and I have gotten a few times "Are you sure you are going to make it full term?"  Yeah, thanks people.

I'm pretty sure G was up there by then (if not earlier).  But I have a short torso so there was nowhere else for him to go at that point.
