Good health adds so much to life.about an hour ago ? Nest friend: I think she has great eating habits her dedication to the Gluten free diet lasted longer than I EVER could :-) Plus that show isn't really teaching good eating habits it's teaching them how to lose weight fast for ratings. I think they said that 80% of the previous contestants put the weight back on.30 minutes ago ? MIL: Never seen the show. I only believe in healthy eating and exercise Great food can lead to a healthy

i didn't think much of that conversation.  To me, it seemed like she was telling everyone in general that they could learn a lot from that show, not just you.  i don't know though if you have had problems with your mIL in the past though.  You know her best and if she meant it towards you.

Really, I'm not too upset by it. She just has a problem with filtering in general.

Example:

I'm in the ICU the day after having a c-section and she goes on and on about how she had that same surgery....

My h is adopted. She has never been pregnant. Thus, she's never had a c-section.

What I find a little odd is that she is letting everyone know that they can learn a lot from that show, but then she later adds that she has never seen it?!?

Did she mean "you" as in general or "you" as in you?

I took it to mean that in general "you"/anyone could learn a lot from watching that show although I also find it odd that she's commenting about a show she's never even seen. 

However, I don't know her, so her comment could've totally been a *** comment.  Which, in that case, she sucks for that!

L-don't let this comment upset you. You are gorgeous and definitely not FAT! You eat healthy and have a great workout lifestyle you are doing what you are suppose to to be a healthy person! Size 4 =/= Fat NOT EVEN CLOSE HONEY.
