I hate it when DH loads the dishwasher

I'm listening to it makes awful noises right now.  I keep going in, opening it, and rearranging things, but can't figure out what's wrong.  He always throws everything in, and I end up having to rewash half the dishes.

But he tries.  So I give him points for that.

I hate when mine unloads the washer. ?We have big and small forks and spoons. ?I separate them, he does not. ?Drives. ?Me. ?Crazy.?

I also hate when DH loads ours....he loads it only so that some things will fit & leaving a sink full of dirty dishes. Our dishwasher is noisy & I don't want to a) run multiple loads, or b) wash anything by hand. I wind-up doing lots of re-arranging, and DH is ALWAYS b!tching b/c I re-do everything he's just done, so he has started to NOT load anything at all....fine by me though, as long as he pus them away & does other stuff...
