Sick of my diaper bag

I'd love to downsize, but I still need to fit quite a lot in it since I spend a lot of time out and about without a stroller or a car. I wore DD around today for about 2-3 hours and I swear it felt like the diaper bag weighed more than she does. Does anyone have a light yet efficient diaper bag to recommend?

My current one is a Skip-Hop duo, in case you're wondering.

I got sick of lugging mine too. I have the full size Coach one. I just keep it in the car now with all the back up stuff. I  use one of these now it is really cute with daisy's on it and it is green.
