What else do you have? Stir fry is easy if you have rice and veggies, so are fajitas, if you have tortillas...you can bread the chicken but substitute the eggs with milk and dark mustard instead- YUM! then have veggies with it.

You could do a little taco seasoning on each side of your breasts (giggle) pour salsa on them and bake in oven. The sprinkle cheese on top. mmmm.
