From my understanding it could be near 0 oz. pumping to normal BFing output (this depends on your supply and the age of the baby). Of course this varies a lot as well. Since your LO is so young and a bunch of growth spurts are most likely happening, I would focus more on the BFing as much as possible to stimulate your supply if possible.

This! There is no standard difference because women respond differently to the pump.
My advice would be to put the pump away for a few more weeks. Focus on nursing your baby and enjoying snuggle time - not stressing over pumping. Nursing is so much more important than pumping when it comes to building your supply and getting BFing off to a good start.
