Hello Spanx- where have you been my whole life?!

OH my! I just got a really cute sweater dress and leggings and when I got home I didn't look as good in them as I thought I did in the store. I rummaged around in my drawer until I found this pair of spanx that used to be my moms. No kidding I have been carting these things around since HS and I have never worn them. Well guess what ladies.....they ROCK!!!!! I looked like I lost 5 pounds and my love handles!!! Hallelujah!! I'm excited!

My problem with Spanx is the odd crotch situation -- the "easy access" flaps. I don't understand -- are you not supposed to wear underwear? Can you successfully pee out of that flap?

I put them on over my leggings so I didn't notice until I took them off. I was wondering the same thing.

That flap weirds me out a little. have never tried to use it.  I still wear a thong under them.

They did zip for me, and the ones I got had this huge seam down the middle that completely showed through the dress I wanted to wear them with.  I guess some fat just cannot be contained!

I couldn't have survived the last couple weddings I've been to without spanx.  I pph them big time.  And, I always wear underwear with them, I never once even considered that the crotch opening was for easy access to pee.  I just thought it was for airing, perse.  Or how do I say this, so as not to have the crotch area over heat.

I wore them to a wedding last weekend and I went commando... omg it was great! After 5 or 6 beers- peeing was no big deal! :-)

i got pregnancy spanx for a wedding i was going to the other night.  they made me look awesome, and that extra belly support rocked. i am a convert.
