That isn't necessarily that early for a c-section, is it? I mean the baby would be a preemie...but no major risks, right? Or is that point at 36 weeks?
Sheesh, what is it with Gallbladders lately? I had three pregnant co-workers who had theirs out while pregnant in the last year, but all in second trimester. I hope everything works out!
When a gall bladder goes bad, it's REALLY bad. My mom had an attack a few months ago and it was really scary till they figured out what the problem was.
Her surgery was a breeze though, did it laproscopically(sp?) and she rested the next day and was sore for a while. The wasn't growing a baby inside her though.

Re: Tori update?
Mom's gallbladder is infected and needs to come out. At this point there are three options.
1- Take Tori out, and follow with removal of gallbladder immediately.
2- Leave Tori in, and take out gallbladder.
3- Leave Tori and gallbladder in, send Mom home with antibiotics and hope it doesn't get worse.
That was the last update I had at around 11ish. I am waiting for her to let me know what is going on.
I believe approx. 34 weeks.
Oh my. Sending good thoughts to MoT & baby.
Thanks for the update, chassy.
