Will he ever calm down?

Gabe was sick last week and I think that all his energy was stored for this week.  He was up until 2 am and got up at 10am ready to run.  He spilled my grapenuts all over the floor, found a jar of red sugar sprinkles and was eating them and dumping them into the carpet, has taking all of our VCR tapes off their shelf and out of their cases, and the taken the shelves out of the unit, was beating the tv with the remote, turning the cable box and surround sound on and off, and trying to take things out of the trash.  And DH wonders why the house isn't clean... I cannot wait for naptime.
