Ladies I need your help. My parents are going to be helping us with the babies a lot so; they are having to get a new car to accomodate them.
They are looking at the Ford Edge, the GMC Acadia, and the Chevy Traverse. My mom is short but, my dad is 6'4" so; I need to be sure that the babies' seats and bases can both fit in the backseat and my dad still be able to drive and/or ride as a passenger.
I have the Graco Snugride infant seats - not the 32lbs seats.
Any comments would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Tiffany
Re: Question about Cars and infant seats
I don't have any of those cars -- we fit ours into our Mazda 3 but it was painful and we looked like we were crawling out of a clown car.
Could you take the seats + bases to the dealerships and try them out?
LOL- my mom drives a two seater convertible and my dad drives a truck. The babies can't fit in either one so; they are getting grandparent mobile.

i don't think the infant seats will be the big problem- it will be when they are older and are in rear facing convertible seats - that is what caused us more issues with the frnot seats having to be pushed up towards the front.
