DH has been taking extras of all my goodies to work (he works with the same 7 people everyday), and brags about my cooking/baking skills...I'm pretty much just glad it's edible! Last week I made them a quiche, this week he took banana pudding. They order out all the time, so it's probably a treat for them. But I'm going to run out of ideas! I need something that can be put into one dish/container, but will feed at least 7 of them once. Preferably nothing that costs a fortune to make.

Re: I feel wanted! ;) But I do need help...
Oooh I am sooo saving this thread! I feed 4 (not counting DD2) plus pack lunch for DH to take to work the next day. I would love some cheap ideas for big meals!
So sfl
-Baked ziti
-Chicken, broc and pasta in some sort of sauce
-chicken parm
-lasgana
-Hawaiian Chicken
-Pulled pork and then send rolls to make sandwiches
Your husbands co-workers must be psyched to have you send in food.
I am trying to cook healthier, because DH wants to lose weight like I am, and (Holy cow I hope no one takes this the wrong way, cause I'm fat too!), all of these people are pretty much huge (they do sit in a chair for 12 hours a day in a dark room). I want to make them in the healthiest way possible...
And I should also add, they work from 7am-7pm...so they really like the breakfasts and lunches.

this one is YUM and her blog has tons of others. you'd have to multiply the recipes though. https://weight-watchers-points-recipes.blogspot.com/2009/04/baked-chicken-parmesan.html
Also, you can sub veggies to make things healthier. You can make a spaghetti dish with spaghetti squash instead, or just throw in extra veggies into everything.
You could do wraps, too. That would be easy peasy and you can fill them with anything. Get the wheat ones and fill with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken or tuna, parmesan cheese... lots of things. I wrap up anything that would make a decent salad.

This recipe makes A LOT and it's even great w/o the bacon.
ETA: Oops, just read that you're trying to be healthy. This is def. not low fat, sorry!
This however, is VERY healthy and SO GOOD:
