Stroller Suggestions

I'm trying to help my sister narrow in on a stroller.  I've been doing some research but there are so many.  Any suggestions?  THX!

We love our BOB Revolution!  You can get it fairly cheaply from rei.com when they have their bi-annual sales w/ free shipping.  It has a 5 point harness, so even wee ones can ride in it although we initially started with a snap-n-go stroller frame/carseat that I didn't care for at all.
