Does your DC wear slippers?

I'm nervous about keeping my kids in socks because I have hardwood floors and I am afraid of them slipping. I was thinking about doing slippers but didn't know if that was kind of weird for toddlers (I live in my slippers). Does your DC wear slippers? And where did you get them? Thanks.

My mom got M a pair of Cookie Monster slippers from Amazon.

He alternates between loving them and being afraid of them. He's usually barefoot or in socks.

I have the larger sized Robeez (the Circo version) for dd. She wore them last year and didn't mind but so far this year it's hit or miss. Even when she's wearing the socks with the grippies on the bottom she'll slip on the wood so if she takes off the slippers I let her go barefoot.

We all wear slippers in the winter- we also have hardwoods and they tend to be a bit chilly.

I got DS a pair of slippers from LL Bean for Christmas last year.  He did not really wear them a lot then but he wore them almost all day yesterday!

No she will not, but if you are worried about your kids slipping just use some fabric puff paint and paint dots, stars whatever on the bottom of their socks, works great as no slip socks.
