Oh no...I'm so sorry for your loss. Big (((HUGS))) Even though vanishing twins happen, that doesn't mean that it isn't completely devastating for it to happen to you.  You should take some time to grieve.  I'm sending all my good thoughts out to you for the other little one to keep thriving.

Oh no, I'm so sorry.  We had a vanishing twin and it's so hard b/c you are so sad for the baby you lost and so grateful for the surviving baby.  (((HUGS)))

I'm so sorry!  I know throughout this process I have always told myself that there might be only one heartbeat at each appointment, but I don't think you can ever be prepared for it.  I am sure your other baby will continue to grow big and strong, and he/she will be fine.
