HELP- rash on face after BF

In the past week LO has started breaking out on the lower half of his face. It seems to get worse after nursing. I don't know what it could be. I haven't changes soaps or anything. WDYT?

    My DS currently has this, but I think it is from the constant drool due to teething. He is bottle fed. Is your LO drooling a lot? I've read that this can cause a rash on the chin.

    He hasn't been drooling much more than usual but he has been chewing on his hands a TON!

    It is red all over?  Does it dry out and get crusty?

    DS had an allergy to perfumes and nuts.  He broke out in a rash if someone was holding him who was wearing perfume or wearing clothes that were washed in detergent that was scented.  Do you wear perfume?

    He also breaks out if I eat nuts.

    My DS has this. I have my suspicions that it is a reaction to something I ate. Maybe a dairy intolerance?
