o.k. during pregnancy or not? 

I'm having a bit of a queasy stomach during the 1st tri.  Plus, it would be a good source of extra calcium! (Which I struggle getting enough of from diet alone.)

Yup. Tums is definately ok. I like the tropical smoothies.

yup and actually my Dr said I should pop a few back daily anyway just for the calcium.
