1st bday theme suggestions?

Things have been super busy around my house the last few weeks and DDs 1st birthday is just around the corner.  It came up much faster than I was expecting   I haven't even had a chance to think of a theme yet.  Any suggestions?  It's a small party for immediate family, but I'd like to decorate and have a cute cake and stuff.  For DS it was easy -sports.  There are too many options for girls.  TIA.

A friend of mine did Lady bugs for her little girls first bday.  It was super cute.

Huhm, well, for DD we have done Princess, Elmo and this year it will be Cowgirl.

DD's was Baby Einstein--she loved the videos!  DS was construction.  My BFFs was rubber ducks and it turned out really cute.  What does your DD like?

It sounds sad when I actually say it outloud, but I don't really know what she likes. She is so into her big brother that she does whatever he is doing.  She is always playing with his trucks and cars with him.  Maybe I should do a monster truck theme??!!?!

don't worry...DS is the same with his big sister and even picks out some pink things just like her...
