Babysitter gripe

So I've had a family friend help out with babysitting my DD when I go to Dr appointments recently.  She's my age and great with DD..

But she was supposed to babysit last week and then I find out that she spent the past week watching someone's sick kids!  The kids probably have the flu, and who knows if it's swine flu.

And she didn't bother to mention it!  I'm disturbed I had to find this out second hand (but relieved I did).  I don't understand why people don't think about stuff like this.

I can't afford to get sick now, or have DD get sick, etc!
