He passed away in January from brain cancer. 

It's ok to ask. I'd rather someone ask than sit there wondering or making assumptions.

Oh, wow.  I don't have a thing to say (type) that doesn't sound (appear) trite.  But I am so sorry.  That must have been so hard/terrifying.  I can't imagine.

i'm sorry to butt-in, however I noticed it as well right before DD asked.  I'm sorry for your loss and admire you for your strength.

Basically last year we were told he had a good 5 yrs to go. So we decided to try and have kids sooner rather than later. 5 yrs turned into 9 months, and he passed when i was 5 months pregnant.

Sometimes you can surprise yourself when a life-altering situation merits such a drastic change. I do wish there was a single/solo parenting board on here though because the other ones I've found on other sites are useless and not very active. I enjoy the "company" here more.

Did I just barely notice "snarky and t-ttc" or has it been there for awhile?  Because if they can have "snarky and t-ttc," you should totally have your solo parenting board!

YAH. It's stupid. There's already an infertility board and a TTC board. I've emailed the Bump gods like 47 times and gotten no response. Not even an automated "thanks we received your message but don't give a shiz enough to answer you back."
