Speaking of the "tri days"

What is the worst thing someone said to you that made you cry?  Mine?

I worked in a portrait studio (not much unlike Picture People from what I understand...Walmartesque to say the least).  I had a lady in who's family spoke French, but she was bilingual.  Around Halloween, she had her LO who was about a year old in, and seeming how I was in 1st tri, I wasn't willing to work too hard to get a smile out of her while she was sitting on a pumpkin and could walk...yeah that sounds realistic (plus she couldn't understand me and I'm not the kind of person to squeal etc etc for any kid but my own when people are watching, judging etc.) Anyway, she didn't like the pictures and got someone else to re-do them.  Fine..whatever.  She came back probably early November for Christmas pictures.  This time, I was letting loose as we only had half the time to work with and a full schedule.  LO was in a mood (it was past 6pm..hello??)  She didn't smile again..and I mean I was trying, but I think it was a family shot maybe.. I don't remember...anyway, the lady got p!ssed off at me and said she never got any decent pics with us.  I suggested another chain..she said no we like this store better because we have better luck here blah blah blah...then goes on to tell me that I should be looking for a job that I'm more suited for because this is definitely not it.  I said to her that maybe I should if I'm so bad at it, and she said well, it's something to consider or something along those lines.  I told her that if she didn't like my work, she could ask to not have me..made sure she knew my name and that she could ask specifically not to have me..and I wrote in the appointment book that I didn't want to do her shots again. When she left, she commented that she thought you had to be bilingual to work there..  I said nope!   Perhaps a bit hormonal, but it upset me for weeks.  I'm glad that the next appointment didn't show up (the last one of the night) because I was quite shaken up..shaking, crying etc.
