Am I supposed to change nipple size?

I haven't yet and wasn't sure what the signs were for my little guy-- I meant to ask at the 4 month aptmt and forgot!  Here we are like 4 weeks later and I still have him on slow flow....He seems fine when eating still so I don't know if it's an issue! TIA

I don't think there is any problem with the slow nipple, your lo will just eat WAY faster....our feedings went from 30mins to 10mins or less now!

We are still using slow flow nipples too.

I thought you were suppose to switch at like 3 months or something. We switched to level 2 at three months anyway. If I gave him a level 1 we would have an upset baby! lol

The packages on all of the nipple I use say to switch to medium flow at 3 months and fast at 6. We accidentally used some medium flow on my 6 week old... and he actually does better with them though.
