Now that he's older not as much. But I've always worn him as much as he wanted to be worn - if he was happy, I let him be. Once he got a bit older and could roll, sit, etc., he definitely wanted down more.
I let him kick it in his Moby as long as he wants, but he usually wants out after an hour or so, I think he gets too hot. He LOVES napping in it though so he'll nap for a couple of hours in it also.

Sadly, since I returned to work last month it has only been 20-30 min/day. On weekends it's usually about an hour at a time. DD has gotten a little more independent and doesn't fall asleep in the Moby anymore, which means she gets wiggly and warm and wants out sooner.
I wore DS for a 6 hour stretch today while I volunteered at a bake sale, but that is pretty unusual. He's 6 months old and would rather be rolling around the floor or sitting up while he reaches for toys. I would say on a normal day, it might be about 3 hours, but usually not for more than 45 minutes to an hour at a stretch.
We use a ring sling more than the moby, but we definitely use it every day. It varies how much each day... today probably 4 hours total? Some days only an hour or so. For naps she sleeps either in the sling or she sleeps in her vibrating bounce chair.
Re: how many hours a day in the moby wrap?

I wish she liked it as much as she used to
