I love boys in corduroy, but DS is 4 and has rejected anything with a zipper and button. Some of it is that he pees in the potty, some is that he claims it hurts (I think that last year, I squeezed him into some khakis that were a little too small).
I'd love cords, but they're always zipup. Have you seen any that aren't? He's a 5/5T.

They have them in Baby Boys, which only go to 4T. I might order some and see if they're long enough (that's the issue, he's tall).
