Has anyone seen boys' cords that are elastic, not zip?

I love boys in corduroy, but DS is 4 and has rejected anything with a zipper and button.  Some of it is that he pees in the potty, some is that he claims it hurts (I think that last year, I squeezed him into some khakis that were a little too small).

I'd love cords, but they're always zipup.  Have you seen any that aren't?  He's a 5/5T.

Check The Childrens Place.  I'm not positive, but I thought they had some when I was in over the summer.

They have them in Baby Boys, which only go to 4T.  I might order some and see if they're long enough (that's the issue, he's tall).

Try Macy's...my MIL bought DS some pants there that are elastic waist.  They are chinos-but they might have cords, too.  I think they are GreenDog brand?

JC Penny usually does but I'm not sure if they go up to 5T.  I think Kohl's does, too.

Kmart and Target had some in my area. REally cute and cheap, too.
