DH's company sent out their open enrollment crap last year and there was a misprint in the pamphlets. It indicated that lab work and testing were covered 100% with insurance and in reality they aren't- they are covered 90%.

So one of DH's coworkers threatened to sue because of the added out of pocket expenses so the company is allowing every employee to get reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses in this category for the entire calendar year- we're getting back about a grand so far!!!
