Which sweater for DS for family pics?

We are doing family pics....again. lol
We are going to be doing different hues/shades of brown.

So....which sweater is cuter? 

or

If I do the argyle, I will need a l/s button up shirt for underneath...would you do a plaid or a solid one?

Since he is younger, I like the argyle with the plaid button up.

This. I think the other is too grown up looking for a baby.

I like the non-argyle a bit more, but without the arm patches.  If they were showing in the picture I'd go with the argyle.
