Looking for maternity photo example - help!

I'm looking for a photo I've seen before - it's a pregnant lady and her toddler boy. They're both in jeans only...the mom is only shown from about top of the belly down.

 Does anyone know which one I'm talking about??

I know what you are talking about. I can't help to find a pic though. I have a friend who's a photographer. Let me ask her.
