QOTW:

I'd love to think of a name for this group that is cute but still communicates its' purpose.  Any ideas?

Updates:

Make sure you let us know how you're doing with ttc-ing, pregnancy, or since we have so many who are just "thinking about it", you can just update us on you in general!

News:

All bfp's let me know your due dates and I'll add them.

Now that we finally overcame our infertility struggles, I'm more emotionally prepared to be consistent with this update.  I apologize for being inconsistent.  I really wanted it to be a place of encouragement and support and I failed.  I'm excited about the possibilities of this group and hope you all are, too!

  • Update:

Well, the betas were all perfect so now we're just waiting on our "viability" ultrasound on October 12th.  Is it just me or is time moving sooo slowly?  I started the Lovenox shots and....ouch!

  • we're still on track to start the process in June.

I'm sorry the shots suck, M. Pretty sure I'll be taking them as well, so I'm double sorry.

  • I had lovenox injections when I was pregnant with Brandon. I am sorry you have to go through them. I will have to have them with my next pregnancy again.

We are going to start ttc next month. I am excited and nervous about it. If we aren't pregnant by January we will go back to the infertility doctor since we have 13 frozen embryos and talk to him about a FET.

Conceived twins with IVF January 2008. Lost baby a at 20 1/2 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and held onto baby b. Baby b (Brandon) born at 26 weeks and 1 day on July 5, 2008. Wesley born full term on June 29, 2011. My blog http://karenandstu.blogspot.com Lilypie Premature Baby tickers Lilypie Pregnancy tickers image
  • Can you please add me to the thinking about ttc list?!?

Reese was born at 34 weeks due to a severe, sudden onset of pre-e.

I'm having my iud taken out in March, when Reese is a year old.  We'll try for 6 months before starting medicated cycles.  I'm scared to death to even think about being pregnant again, but I want to have another one and get it done with! lol!

And I'm sorry about the lovenox.  I hated taking it.  If it hurts to inject it in your belly, ask your dr if you can inject in your legs.  For me, it hurt so much less to do it in the hops of my thighs and hip area.  And I bruised less, too.

  • ok, ok, add me to the "thinking" group.

Simon, 32 weeks due to PROM and Pre-E.  We are planning on getting things going June 2009.  But seriously, I must know at least 8 people that are prego now and now I have baby fever.  Oy vey.

  • I just wanted to congratulate all the new BFPs and wish the TTCs and thinking about it the very best!  I am in the same frame of time that I noticed after my first son where babies were always on my mind, but if we ever had another, we would be adopting.  Oh, and congrats on the paperwork too!

Something about courage, because that's what we all have for doing this again in the face of what we went through. Can we put a link to this on the GP board in case anyone over there is in this situation?

Thanks for putting me on the list! I just got AF so this is our first cycle trying. I am excited and also scared, I am so glad to have all of you.

  • Sorry My due date is March3rd....Cooper was born @ 33weeks due to IUGR..I find out if it is a Girl/Boy on oct 23rd which is my birthday...Also the day Cooper was suppposed to be born....Sorry I am jumping around...
  • I've still been tracking my cycle and we are TTC starting next month. My luteal phase is still a little short, I have lengthened it by 2 days the last 3 months, by using some progesterone cream I bought at a health food store, so hopefully this month will be longer, and then next month we will see what happens.

  • I am 19 weeks pg today and we are having another little girl! We found out a couple weeks ago at our high risk appt. i am going to be getting 17p shots this time around if my doctors office and insurance company can get things figured out by next week since they need to start by 20 weeks. hopefully all will go well.
  • Hi, we're still trying on our own, the OB said to try the RE again if we aren't pregnant by the time Sophie is 18 months, which is in 4 months.  DH has crazy baby fever and today he said, Let's go, I'll meet you at the RE's office".  LOL., AF started yesterday, so there goes another cycle!

I'd love to think of a name for this group that is cute but still communicates its' purpose.  Any ideas?
