I got it to help with DD reflux and it definitely has bc she wouldn't sleep flat. She does like it. We lay it on the floor and I've rested my head on it to "talk to her" and it feels very comfy. It was definitely worth the money IMO. I also use it for tummy time off the higher end of the nanny.
I ordered direct off the site, but I would suggest going to amazon and buying from the seller there (I think it was babyoutlet or something like that). They offered free shipping and it shipped with 24-48 hrs. The nap nanny site charged 25 for shipping and took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive.
I'd also let it air out for 24 hours bc the foam smell is pretty strong right out of the box.

Thanks! Sounds like it's worth a try. My LO will not sleep flat at night. Thanks for the shipping advice, too!
And prego, a nap nanny is a sleep positioner.

It was a lifesaver! DD would NOT sleep flat and would awaken every 2 hours or so flat. She slept 5-6 hours in the Nap Nanny. We are now trying to ween her off it though since she is getting too long. Not going very well though WELL worth the money if your LO refuses to sleep flat or has reflux.
