Question about Ultra Screen

Hi ladies! I hope everyone is feeling well 
I just had a question for you guys further along about the ultra screen testing if you had it done. I had all normal and within range results but the only thing was the PAPP-A protein or something was a 5 and they said if its 5 and below they monitor more closely to make sure the baby is growing at the rate it should be. Has anyone gotten this type of a number and everything been fine? Im not freaking out or anything...just out of curiosity thanks for any info you may have!! I really appreciate it!
