I have a ring that I wear on my pinkey finger that belonged to my great grandmother. I got it when I was 16 and she passed away. In 10 years Ive rarely taken it off.

I got an eternity circle made of jade from my sister for my 30th birthday that I love and always get compliments on.

My wedding gift form DH was a linked heart pendant in white gold that he designed himself. The linked hearts was our wedding theme, I was so proud of him for that gift!

I was my grandmother's only grandaughter.  When she passed away two years ago I inherited all of her jewelry which though I love the thought had a lot of peices that were not my style.  But there is one necklace that I think is actually costum, might be 14k gold, that I love and wear about once a week.  And every time I put it on, take it off, or get a comment on it I think of her and smile.

The diamond stud earrings MH bought me back when he was still my boyfriend. He was still in training for his profession and didn't have two pennies to rub together, but borrowed the money from his dad (he doesn't know I found that out) because he said I deserved something nice. I never take them out. I always get teary eyed when I think about that. So sweet!
