    Well...my DH is in the military and was away for several weeks doing training. Towards the middle of it, he had a weekend leave and I went up to PA to visit, and we stayed in one of the hotels there in the mountains near the armory. A few weeks later, I found out I was pregnant and waited til he got home to share the news!!  Lets just say, his army buddies think that is hilarious...lol

    Although my husband and I have been together since high school, we had always planned to wait until we graduated from college to get married. We also planned to wait until we got married to have our children. My wedding was on March 28, 2009 and I conceived my son (to-be) on March 30, 2009. I think it was lucky that our wedding was so exhausting we waited until we got to our cabin in the woods to "enjoy the benefits of our new marriage".

    We conceived on our honeymoon to Disney World. Not as far and romantic as Italy, but very ?Magical?.

    My husband and his family keep joking with me saying that Mickey Mouse is the father.

    Aaaah hahahaha!!  This is gonna sound really bad, but it was probably the Holiday inn, lmao!! My bf was living out of state and had to come up for guard drill in another city in my state, It could have been my futon, but we spent more time next to his base than in my appt while he was home, hey they had a hot tub, I dont, lol!!

    We conceived in Medina, TX at my parents ranch in the back of our car on the way back from hunting the day before Thanksgiving!

    At an extended stay-hotel called "ValuPlace" where we lived for 5 (yes FIVE) months. It was a decent place tho...clean,  had a full kitchen and free utilities so we saved a lot of money!

    Dh is military, and was set to deploy in November 2009, so we didn't get an apartment or buy furniture since I was planning to move back to Kansas City when he deployed.  Well, 3 days before deployment they told him he wasn't going, so now we have a real place.  lol
