I don't know but my DD is 14 months old and I just bought her a pair of 6-1/2 size shoes for the fall!

He is probably a 6.5/7 right now.

DD is still a size 4, but she is definitely not average.  Her feet are TINY compared to every other kid we know her age.

My DD is 16 months and just went into a 6.  I think a 7 is a tad on the large size but nothing extreme!

DD is still in a 3, but very close to needing a 4 so that is what we bought for her fall/winter shoes.  She will be 18 months next week.

Yeah, I'd say that's on the larger size. We are 6.5 XW.

She is measuring 5.5 on the foot measure thing so I'm buying a size 6 to 7 depending on the shoe and how it runs-big or small.

My 19 month old is in a size 5, and they are a tad big on him so we have inserts in them. He seems to be a small kid all around though.

My DS is almost 20 months and he wear a 5/5.5.  He is a smaller kiddo though.

Sierra's in mostly 3's, but getting close to needing 4's. She has suuuper tiny feet. Still in a lot of 6-12 socks.

I don't think your son has GIANT feet but you confirmed that mine does!! DS wears a 7 at almost 16 months.

DS is 18 months and wears a size 6.

DS wears 7 2W (double wides) but he has been in them for 3 months. He went from a 4  to a 6 1/2 in one month (from 13-14 months) but since then his growth has slowed a bit thank goodness!

My DS is an 8 1/2 XXW hes huge for his age and his feet are the size of a 4 year old.

We just bought DS a size 6, which was a big jump from the 5s he wore all summer.
