Claires for infant earpiercing

I have inexhaustibly been looking for a place to pierce DD's ear. I keep hearing Claires is a good place but to ask for their infant specialist. I don't want a place that does them with a gun. Anyone have experience or other recommendations? I've got the cutest earings and wait for her to wear them.

Infant ear piercing should really be done by their pediatrician.  If, for some reason your ped won't do it, have them recommend someone who will.  I'd be very wary of going to Claire's or somewhere similar.
