BW w/ toddler and older infant?

I have a 21mo DD and I'm about to start nannying an 11mo buy (NB= nanny boy!). DD is used to being worn a lot- she's comfy in a wrap, MT, RS, and pouch (front and back carries with all of them).

NB hasn't been worn much before, but he LOVES it. When he's not being worn he likes to be held, much like DD. DD also gets a little jealous when she sees me holding another baby, but she's going to have to get used to it quickly!

In any case, I see a lot of duo BW in my future but I'm not sure how to really go about it since they're not tiny infants. They're both small though- DD is ~19#, NB is ~16#.

Any tips?

I put DD on my back in a mei tai and DS on my front in a ring sling pretty frequently and it works out.
