Alimentum/Nutramigen users - when did you wean off?

I asked her pedi at her 2 month appt and she didn't really answer me. When and how did you do it? Did your LO do ok?

We use this because DS has a cow's milk or lactose issue which causes an array of side effects for him (including severe skin issues). At 6 months we may try again with regular formula and see what happens but there is a good chance he will have to stay on this formula. 

I'm not really even considering weaning at this point.

My older DD stayed on it a year.  This child we will try at 6 months, my pedi mentioned moving to Good Start as it typically is easier to digest.

Not on allimentum, but we can't even talk about switching him back to regular milk till he's at least one. Maybe 2, we'll have to see how he does otherwise. Most babies with protien intollerance or an allergy will stay on their special formulas until they're at least 1.

We used nutramigen and around 2 months changed her to good start gentle with no problems.

We had DS on Nutramigen since week 1, about 1 wk ago I slowly I started to mix with Enfamil and we are good to go until I finish the Nutramigen.
