Can anyone suggest a narrower convertible carseat? We have a HUGE Graco lay-z-boy, and it is a tight squeeze in my car with an infant seat. We are looking to get something smaller.

The Sunshine Kids Radian is really slim only 17" wide.  

 Sunshine Kids make several different seats.  They all seem to be pretty slim.

I was also going to say the Radian. Another one that is supposed to be smaller is the Combi Coccoro (sp?).
