Costume help...please.

Ok so the Landon is going to be the Cat in the Hat and Kennedy & Kaydance are going to be Thing 1 and Thing 2.  

I think that the Thing 1 and Thing 2 look a little boyish.  In the actual book (original) they wore a skirt.  So I was thinking that maybe I could add a little red tutu to their costumes.  It wont be cold enough for a sweat suit so I was going to have them wear a long sleeve red shirt and red leggings with the tutu and iron on Thing 1 or Thing 2 decal.  I will buy the blue wigs online.  

Does that sound cute or stupid?  Tutu or no tutu?

I think it would be cute! Sometimes you have to add a little something to help them look like girls! Bella was a cow one year and I put pink bows on the ear so everyone wouldn't call her a boy!

Ha that is cute!  See siggy pic from last year.  All the kids had a different color ribbon for their bell.  It was so I could tell who was who at a glance from the back.
