If having to get up multiple times during the night to pee is Mother Nature's little way of starting to prepare us for sleepness nights?

Haha yeah.. my mother said it is good preparation for the baby.  The only difference is that after I pee I generally go right back to sleep... not so much with the baby.

Ditto. When I was pregnant, I got right back in bed and fell asleep. Now, when I have to get up to feed him, a half hour or an hour later of being awake, I'm just awake. That is why I am here now. DS ate at 4:30 and it's now 7 and I am wide awake. So it looks like the long day ahead of me will be on 3 hours of sleep. Ugh.
