IVF question - hypnosis/meditation?

Have any of of you done those hypnosis/meditation cd's specifically for IVF/infertility? Thoughts?

I am doing wheatgrass, acupuncture, etc, so why not toss in something else, right?  Or am I totally crazy and grasping for straws?

    I LOVE the Anji IF meditations! There are a few other ladies here that use them as well. I never thought I'd like something like this. I used them for our second cycle as well as the FET and they made a world of difference with my stress level.

    I used Meditations for a Fertile Soul while I was on bcp and Lupron, then began the IVF ones when I started stims.
