NTR: Recommend your oven cleaner

I wasn't living at my home for about 7 months and during that time, my H apparently cooked pizza with no tray and God knows what else, and never cleaned the oven once.  I don't use it that much, but the couple times I did, the smoke detectors went off because there is so much gross crap in there.  I mean it is bad.  Can anyone recommend a good product to do some heavy duty oven cleaning?

I can't - he's taken. 

I think I've always purchased the "fume free" but I think DH said that it's crap and doesn't work as well. 

My "I'm pregnant" and "I'm nursing" so I can't breathe the fumes is still working on him.  I don't really think there's any harm that comes from cleaning your oven while BFing, but there's no harm in him thinking it might.

And, if your man can clean a grill, he can clean an oven.  Tell him to hop to it.
