My hands/fingers have been swelling up a little and getting kind of tight and tingly feeling lately. It happens randomly and for various periods of time. If it was after I had been walking or standing for awhile I would understand, but it seems unrelated to any particular action/event. Does this happen to anyone else? What helps?
Re: Swelling and tingling hands - normal? solutions?
This happens to me if I walk a lot especially if it's hot. I find holding my hands above my head and shaking them helps relieve it.
For me it's almost like a whole heap of fluid has drained to my hands and it needs help draining away.
