Preschool - do I put a deposit now?

DD and I toured a preschool today and we loved it! They are prtty reasonable, it's close to the house and we loved their teaching technique.

She can't go until November when she turns 3. They have 3 openings right now. The teacher doesn't think that they will be filled, but I am unsure. I would hate to wait until November and then have them filled and have he rnot go. I'm leaning about paying the registration now to hold her spot, but parts of me doesn't want to.

I know I know, pay to hold her spot.

If you're sure that's the school for her then I would just put it down now. you'll have to pay it eventually anyway, right?
