Question on ticker

Hi. I've been lurking for a while and finally started to join in the fun posting.

I have a question about the countdown tickers. I swear when I signed on the other day my profile already said 10w however when I post my ticker says 10w0d. Why does my profile change prior to the ticker? I'm very confused on what actual week I'm in. Especially since people have been asking.

I tried looking for this answer in other posts but couldn't find anything. Appreciate anyone's help.

Your profile starts count on Sunday where the ticker is more accurate by the actual day.  For example, mine has said 12 weeks since Sunday but today I'm officially 12 weeks.

ooooh, thanks for clarifying. I was wondering this too. They should change that!
