We use real b/c it's DH's preference but I kind of think some of the indulgent thrill is lost when you have dishes after a pizza delivery.

People think I'm a freak, but we actually use real plates even when we have a party or big gathering, if we have enough.  I feel less guilt about running two loads in the dishwasher than throwing out two big bags of trash.

Starting on Monday of next week, I'll probably only use paper plates and plastic utensils for a couple of weeks for everything. I hate the idea of it, but I dont' want to have to do dishes right before the packers come next Thursday and I dont' want to rush to unpack when we get north. ?

At hotel: out of the box (I have never had a pizza place deliver plates as well as pizza. That would be nice!).

We have some cheap plastic plates from Ikea that we use when we order pizza.  We have paper plates, but we rarely use them.
