DS has been accident free but I am so paranoid about uttering that phrase. I am afraid it will be like saying "really, what can possibly go wrong?" and then the sh!t hits the fan.
I even told DH to be careful saying it when he tells family and friends DS's progress.
Joy- DH and I took turns staying home for a week and half and just put the big boy pants on him. We didnt use pull ups- just bought some cotton training pants. It took about 2 weeks to have an accident free day. Oh, and lotssss of celebrations- high fives, stickers, m&m's, etc.
I read How to Potty Train in 1 Day and while I didnt do exactly what she said or did, there were alot of really good ideas. We also let him teach his Spiderman soft toy how to use the potty and put underwear on. He really liked this and it was a good way to talk about accidents without getting frustrated.
