Hey babe. All is good, just busy. My only complaint at this point is that I'm rotting here at work. There is very little for me to do as they've survived all summer without me, and all this sitting and sitting and sitting, and eating out for lunches is making me fat! I think I've gained 5 lbs back in the past two weeks.
I'm loving my girls though. Both are behaving excellently and I'm just really enjoying my time with them. I hope this feeling of euphoria never goes away!
How is everything with you?
The kids are getting along but Sam has hit the whiny stage of being 3 and it's driving us nuts. Bryan has turned into a 2 person full time job.
Everything else is, frankly, in the toilet.
Sounds like you've got your hands full there. At least they're getting along although I'm sure that wont always be the case! Any fun plans for this weekend? I think the weather is going to be nice here so I'm thinking about taking Mia apple picking somewhere. (not that the girl likes apples, but she saw it on Caillou and has been asking to go ever since). kids!
Sam is just in between baby & kid and having a hard time I think. Plus we're constantly with Bryan keeping him from injuring himself & everything else, so she's getting left out. He's a total mushball sweety of a kid. Just a tad too much of a Diva lol
We're celebrating DH's birthday this weekend, other than that I don't know yet. Might hit up the zoo if it's not raining.
I hear ya with Sam. I wish I could spend more fun time with Mia. I feel like I'm always saying "wait until I'm done doing this" or "gotta [do this] for Jilli first". She's been amazing lately considering the amount of time I've pushed her away. I'm hoping that I'm making up for it when we do have quality one on one time although I really don't feel like I am. I guess I just envision it to be like before Jilli was born which it never will be.
It has got to be hard with Bryan being so mobile now. I'm not looking forward to those days, especially now since almost all of Mia's toys have small pieces and she's HORRIBLE about putting her toys away.
