ugh. Babysitting sick kid

I babysit a boy on Wednesdays and Thursdays after preschool.  He's a friend of my DD's and it's going pretty well.

Yesterday, he complained to his Mom when she picked him up (not to me) that he wasn't feeling well and he did have diarrhea (in his underwear, joy).

I didn't hear from them and asked his preschool teacher how he was when I picked him up and she said he was fine/normal/energetic.  So I figured it was a fluke.

He cried for the hour that he got home from school.  Wouldn't play with any toys (my DD isn't home from school yet) and then begged to go down for his nap 2 full hours before normal nap time.

Ugh.  Please say he has not infected my house.  I just changed DD's sheets and cleaned the bathrooms, but I know if he's brought something in. . . it's already here.
