Are there certain diapers to wear for when your LO goes swimming..?? DS starts "swim classes " at the end of the month and i was just wondering if he just wears his regular diaper and bathing suit.. maybe a dumb question!!
Yes.... I think they are 'Little Swimmers' get them - regular diapers blow up and will cut off circulation and get HUGE with water. the swim diapers are great - and they rip off when they are done in the water. She had them on the whole time we were at the shore.

You can also get washable/reusable swim diapers at Target, although I'm not sure if they'll have them this time of the year. That is what we used with dd and loved them. Definitely don't use regular diapers. They'll explode and the materials in the diaper can clog the pool filter.
we used the reusable swim diapers from one step ahead.
Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.
Warning - swim diapers don't prevent leaks. If you want to drive over in the carseat already dressed for the pool, wear a regular diaper over the swim diaper.
