I've been cleaning the house and going through the pantry, only to realize that we have no food!
Anyone have any good casserole recipes or any recipes that you just love, and wouldn't mind sharing?
Mix everything together with water- just make sure you don't put too much water in it. Cover with foil and cook for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
I make a similar dish, but I also add one can cream of chicken soup and one packet of dry onion soup mix. It's a recipe I got from my mom and she calls it "Chicken Tremendous."

This is my favorite soup
Southwest Soup
1 lb of ground beef (it calls for 2lbs. but 1 is plenty for me)
Half of an onion, chopped
2 packets of taco seasoning
2 packets of ranch dressing powder (Hidden Valley)
2 cans of white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of whole tomatoes
1 can of diced chiles (I just use a can of rotels and you can make it spicy if you want)
2 cups of water
Cook the beef and onions. Drain the grease and add to the rest of the ingredients in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours (or less if you're real hungry!).
I like to eat mine with a little sour cream and dip a warm tortilla in it. You can also add cheese if you like.
